Saara is a certified personal trainer through NASM and also CPR certified. She discovered her love for working out in her freshman year of high school and that love has grown and turned into passion for fitness. She played volleyball in high school and soccer before that. She’s done 5Ks, Sky Rise Chicago, and Tough Mudder. In the past two years she found a love for weightlifting and has been doing so ever since. She wishes to encourage girls her age, older, and younger to not be afraid of the gym and working out. There are countless benefits to exercising and she wants to educate people of them and share her love for fitness to everyone! Her favorite quote and reminded is “The only workout you regret is the one you miss”.
