Hayley began becoming competitively active in fitness in college. She became a trainer in 2014 and enjoyed the welcoming, community aspect and friendly competitive edge it offered. She took part in local individual and team competitions over the years and became very passionate about coaching group classes and one on one. In the Fall of 2018 she switched gears and joined a Muay Thai gym, where her focus became learning solid fundamentals and adapting her conditioning in a different manner. She fought in April and November of 2019 and loved the mental toughness fighting builds in one’s character. She is also passionate about martial arts because it serves many purposes; not only is it a great workout, but, the education and self-defense it provides is something that holds a lot of value for anyone.
