Aamina Ali-Ahmed
Trainer
Aamina Ali-Ahmed is professionally trained in education with a major in Biology and has spent years teaching and witnessing academic transformation. Her journey with personal fitness started in her teens when she joined local gyms to achieve functional goals. As a result, Aamina worked with many personal trainers and fitness coaches to improve core strength which eventually allowed her to do her first triathlon. Since that time, she has completed 3 triathlons, trained at a Crossfit gym, and had the privilege of training at a premier functional fitness gym for the last 5.5 years. During this time, she has achieved my personal best in core strength and functional exercise. In addition to this physical fitness journey, Aamina also began training in karate and is currently a blue belt in Shotokan Karate. Her experience with a variety of personal trainers and senseis has taught her key insights into the strategies of beneficial training, including proper form and avoidance of injury. These experiences also enabled her to do what she loves most—educating and training with personal fitness and giving people the opportunity to help them achieve your fitness goals in a safe, encouraging, yet fun environment that is Gainz Fit Club.
