All men’s & women's classes focusing on SAFE and full-body functional development. Fitness classes consist of high intensity interval training routines and lifting routines with experienced trainers to guide and motivate throughout.
All men’s and women's (ages 18+), Teen boys and girls (ages 13-19), Kids (ages 7-12) classes focusing on the principles of boxing for all levels. Experienced trainer(s) and coach(es) go through strength and conditioning, technique, pad and bag work, respect and discipline all while maintaining social distancing non-contact protocol.
Women (ages 15+) can enjoy classes focussed on flexibility and relaxation. Multiple techniques will be utilized to achieve the full effect of yoga.
All weight training and fitness equipment is available for use during open gym hours. Staff will be present for supervision and safety of those using equipment.
